Marriage:
{ The Prophet (Peace be upon him) is reported
to have said, 'O young people! Whoever among you
is able to marry, should marry, and whoever is not able to marry, is recommended
to fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power.' (Narrated
by Alqama)
{ Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said,
'You have seen nothing like marriage for increasing the love of two people.'
(Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas)
{ The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, 'The marriage which produces most blessing is that which involves least burden.' (Narrated by Aisha)

I asked a woman in marriage and Allah's Messenger
(peace be upon him) asked me whether I had looked at her. When I replied
that I had not, he (Peace be upon him) said,
'Then look at her, for it is better that there
should be love between you.' (Narrated by Al-Mughirah)
{
A lady's father gave her in marriage when she
was a matron and she disliked that marriage. So she went to Allah's Apostle
and he declared that marriage invalid. (Narrated by Ansariya)
{ The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, 'A
matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and
a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission.'
The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle!
How can we know her permission?" He (Peace be
upon him) said, 'Her silence (indicates
her permission).' (Narrated by Abu Hurayrah)
{ The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, 'Consult women about (the marriage of) their daughters.'
{ The Apostle of Allah (Peace be upon him) said, 'The marriage of a woman who marries without the consent of her guardians is void. (He said these words) three times. If there is cohabitation, she gets her dower for the intercourse her husband has had. If there is a dispute, the sultan (man in authority) is the guardian of one who has none.'(Narrated by Aisha)
{ Allah's Apostle (Peace be upon him) said, 'From among all the conditions which you have to fulfill, the conditions which make it legal for you to have sexual relations (i.e. the marriage contract) have the greatest right to be fulfilled.' (Narrated by Uqba bin Amir)
{ When the Prophet (Peace be upon him) congratulated
a man on his marriage, he said, 'May Allah bless
for you, and may He bless on you, and combine both of you in good (works).'
(Narrated by Abu Hurayrah)

The Apostle of Allah (Peace be
upon him) prohibited temporary marriage with women. (Narrated
by Al Juhani)
