Children:
{ The Prophet of God (Peace be upon him) said, 'One of the greatest sins is, to kill your children lest he should share your food with you.'
{ Once the Prophet of God (Peace be upon him) was kissing his grand son while a man was sitting beside him. The man said, "I have ten children and I have never kissed anyone of them." The prophet of God (Peace be upon him) cast a look at him and said, 'Whoever is not merciful to others will not be treated mercifully.'
{ A man came to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and said, "You (people) kiss the children! We don't kiss them." The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, 'I cannot put mercy in your heart after Allah has taken it away from it.'
{ Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said, 'A father gives his children nothing better than a good education.'
{ Nu'man ibn Basheer reports that his father took him to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) and said, "Messenger of Allah, I have given this son of mine a slave as a gift and I wish you to witness that." The Prophet (Peace be upon him) asked him: 'Have you given everyone of your children a similar gift?' He said: 'No' The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, 'Then seek for yourself some other witness because I do not witness injustice.'
